Diet entrees
Up to 1 year frozen, thawed is within 3 days.
Treats
Our Dehydrated treats and chews are fine for a year or more.
Herbs & Botanicals
Up 2 years if stored properly out of sunlight and moisture.
Raw Dairy
Refrigerated fresh for 1-2 weeks, may be frozen up to 6 months or more.

Cats are obligatory carnivores that only process animal sources. Dogs can survive on
scavenged foods.

We recommend a species-appropriate rotational diet, which just means the more variety in
proteins and cuts or parts are better! For example, one day they’d have chicken, the next beef, the
next rabbit, then turkey, just to give you an idea. The balance comes from each of the components
bringing different nutrients. It doesn’t have to be exactly a set recipe whatsoever, just as long as
they’re getting variety.

Foods are packaged in BPA free containers, environmentally friendly bags, or glass, and are FDA
and USDA compliant.

Our raw foods are pasture-raised from local farms whenever possible and are USDA choice or
better (restaurant grade that may include ground muscle meat, organ meat and bone; and then
quick frozen in to ensure freshness. Never any additives, preservatives, or colors.

Yes, even though we highly recommend feeding raw for optimal nutrition, you may gently cook at
low temperatures in order to transition your pet or if they prefer cooked to raw. Never heat with
vegetable oils.

All dairy is sourced locally (Florida) and raised humanely and fed species- appropriate diets
that are unprocessed.

Yes, including raw eggs

All species of milk, the amount will vary on the size and age of your pet. Our use of raw dairy is
primarily as a probiotic but also for vital nutrients.

Our recommendation is just to switch. Mixing the old diet confuses the digestive system and
stresses the body. We don’t transition between meals.

Our herbal recommendations will vary. Ideally, we look at detoxification and minerals. Different
botanicals can be helpful for specific health concerns or challenges.

You can add directly to their raw diet, broth, raw honey, or raw dairy.

As herbs and botanicals are foods, specific doses are not established. These would naturally be
consumed in small quantities. The size, age, and condition of the pet should be considered. The
average starting point is usually ½ teaspoon per meal of any blend. Like all consumables, we
recommend rotational use.

Products needing refrigeration are shipped UPS on Monday and Tuesday. All other shipments are
processed within 24 hours. Local delivery is by schedule in South Florida.
