Shipping & Delivery
Shipping for frozen food goes out Monday thru Wednesday with 2 days required for specific sizes. 1 lb. containers are available in most varieties and can be shipped out the same day. Custom orders placed Tuesday thru Saturday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed by 4 pm on Monday will ship on Wednesday. All others orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order placement unless otherwise notified.

In-store pick up is also available Monday - Friday 10 am to 5;30 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.
*Products that require refrigeration will have an additional packaging fee of ($35 USD for up to 40 lbs.) added on to the regular shipping charges. You also have the option for FREE in-store pickup or you may choose our local delivery to your address at our current delivery rates.

Store Pick-up  Any orders being picked up at the store are generally available the next day after 12 pm. Please wait to receive a "ready for pick-up" notification from us before arriving at the store.

Returns & Replacements
There is a 30-day return policy for defective items or products damaged in shipping. In order to be refunded, you will need to notify My Paleo Pet upon delivery of item if damaged
