- Shipping for frozen food goes out Monday thru Wednesday with 2 days required for specific sizes. 1 lb. containers are available in most varieties and can be shipped out the same day. Custom orders placed Tuesday thru Saturday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed by 4 pm on Monday will ship on Wednesday. All others orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order placement unless otherwise notified. - In-store pick up is also available Monday - Friday 10 am to 5;30 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.

- Returns & Replacements
- There is a 30-day return policy for defective items or products damaged in shipping. In order to be refunded, you will need to notify My Paleo Pet upon delivery of item if damaged
